Super Bowl Shuffle Video

The super bowl shuffle video was one video that many people hated and others loved. i guess it all depends which side of the ball you were on. The Chicago bears were a football team that had alot of high profiled players and they may have been the best Super Bowl team ever at least for one year. They dominated everyone all season long and they made it to the Super Bowl. They got this idea to make a Super Bowl Shuffle video. Some of the Bears players were into music so they thought this would be a fun idea. Well, in reality the super bowl shuffle video was funny and entertaining that's for sure. but not everyone was real thrilled with it. Many players from the New England patriots and even some folks from the NFL weren't really happy with it as they felt it disrespected them and the game they were about to play. Some of the Chicago bears people were not happy with the video either. The video was made on their own time so their really wasn't anything anyone could really do about it. The super shuffle video in essence was just a video with football players who were having fun making a video and trying to sing. Harmless they thought when it was made, but it ruffled some feathers that's for sure.

It did do one thing though besides make the other team made new rules were brought in about making things like this and now you rarely see things like this made anymore which really is a shame. The Bears players were doing something and having fun with it. I guess others didn't take it that way and that is where we ran into problems it seems. Everyone had their opinion on the video good and bad including the coach of the Bears who didn't really say much about it. he just shook his head. The Bears did go on to win the Super Bowl game no matter how much of a distraction people made the video to be it didn't effect the Bears one bit. They played like they did all year long dominating teams. The super bowl shuffle video now is usually only brought out when the Chicago Bears make a Super Bowl again. I guess though it will always have a place in Super Bowl lore for a long time to come.
