Seattle Seahawks

Everyone thought an NFL team in Seattle was going to be a mistake, well that myth has been put to rest hasn't it. The NFL didn't really think it would last themselves but the Seattle Seahawks continue to surprise people and continue to prosper way out in the Northwest part of the country. Seattle Seahawk fans have known what the rest of the country is string to find out and that is they love NFL football just like the rest of the country does. Seattle Seahawks have grown as a franchise and over the last few years have become a much better team than they were in their first few years. After Seattle were given a franchise the Seattle Seahawks struggled to get fans to the park and most of all win games and become competitive. That is all in the past now as the Seattle Seahawks are now one of the premier teams in the NFL. Let's look at their growth in the last few years. The Seattle Seahawks struggled early and struggled to get players to come to Seattle top play. The weather isn't exactly the biggest draw to play football in Seattle. After you got players to understand the weather and you started winning more games players were willing to come to Seattle. Of course having a good coach in place also helped this franchise in the last few years.

After Mike Holmgren won a Super bowl in Green Bay he was brought in to turn the Seattle Seahawks around which is exactly what he has done. It hasn't been easy and at times he has thought about quitting, but he knew that wouldn't solve anything so he stuck to it and the Seattle Seahawks made their first Super Bowl appearance. They didn't win, but that doesn't take away from what he has done for the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle fans in general. Seattle Seahawk fans are very loyal and only want to support a winning team. Now they are lucky enough to have one and this hopefully will continue for the next few years. I guess we will see if it does. if it doesn't than many Seattle Seahawk fans will not be happy at all. Winning breeds fans and losing will just make they leave. It's really a simple formula.
