Cincinnati Bengals

Paul Brown was a big part of the Cleveland Browns, but during some bad times he didn't like the direction the club was going and sought to get another team in Ohio to play his old team the Cleveland Browns. Brown new that Cincinnati could support and NFL team so he was able to get the NFL to put a franchise their with Paul Brown running it. The team would be named the Cincinnati Bengals. Brown worked hard to improve his team, but the Cincinnati Bengals weren't that good to begin with. In fact they were very bad to start. Slowly though the Cincinnati Bengals improved as Brown brought in better players and personnel to get the job done. Brown slowly built up the Cincinnati Bengals and they started winning games even against his former team the Cleveland Browns which delighted the owner very much. Paul Brown was hoping to get a Super Bowl with his new found team, but Brown died and will never get to see if they ever win one. The Cincinnati Bengals have had their ups and downs, been through many different coaches and players and still are looking for that first Super Bowl win.

Over the years many Cincinnati Bengals logos have ben used and even the Cincinnati Bengals helmets have changed through the years. In recent years the Bengals are starting to get better and even drawing more people to the games. Cincinnati for the most part will support a winner, but the Cincinnati Bengals haven't really been a winner for the most part. Fans have been very disappointed in them, but when the Cleveland Browns game is on the schedule they always seem to pack the house. To Cincinnati Bengals fans nothing means more than to beat the Cleveland Browns at home. For the most part the Cincinnati Bengals haven't been real successful, but that doesn't mean it was because lack of trying. The Bengals are still trying to consistently put a winner on the field and hopefully in the future the fans of Cincinnati will be able to say that. The city of Cincinnati would love to have a winning team as it draws people downtown. The Cincinnati Bengals hope they are the ones to do that. if not for themselves than for Paul Brown who had a vision and brought the Bengals to Cincinnati.
