Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens is a team in the National Football Conference who has a very interesting story to tell. The Baltimore Ravens in reality are actually the Cleveland browns, but I don't want to confuse you so let's step back a few years. The city of Baltimore had a football team and the owner at the time decided that Baltimore wasn't going to build him a new stadium so in the middle of the night he left and took the Baltimore Colts at the time to Indianapolis. They were the Colts at that time. The Cleveland browns owner was struggling in Cleveland to get the City to help build him a stadium and the city of Baltimore wanted a team back so they convinced the owner of the Cleveland Browns to move the team to Baltimore which he did. The new name of the old Cleveland Browns is the Baltimore Ravens. The fans of Baltimore were very happy to have a team back and they supported these Baltimore Ravens and shortly after their returned to Baltimore the Ravens won a Super Bowl. The owner of the Ravens Art Modell was so happy as he wanted to bring a championship to Baltimore for all he went through in Cleveland.

During the Super Bowl run Baltimore Ravens memorabilia seemed to be everywhere and this is a common thing that happens when you are on a Super Bowl run. Fans that you never knew existed all of a sudden appear and cheer for your team. The Baltimore Ravens history actually is real short considering they use to be the Cleveland Browns. The fans of Baltimore really don't care as they love their Ravens and support them very well. Ray Lewis out of the University of Miami who is the starting linebacker for the Ravens is considered Mr Raven as he is their top player and will be that for a number of years in the future. The Baltimore Ravens future looks real bright and they are poised for another run for the Super bowl. Look for the Baltimore ravens to be in Baltimore for a very long time as the fans want them their and hopefully they won't ever lose them again. It's a shame when a owner has to move a team because things just don't work out.
